Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 8–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
DripBuilders currently ships to customers in Germany, Europe, and selected international destinations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email whenever tracking is available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Information

We may be unable to issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

Contact us and we will do our best to assist with carrier investigations.
DripBuilders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may be imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are:

Not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Determined by the destination country's customs regulations.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and supporting photographs.
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
