At DripBuilders, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for details on eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Show no signs of damage, washing, or alteration

To start a return, please contact us using the details provided below. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Gift cards
Items marked as “final sale”
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
